How do I access my Google Groups?

Go to the waffle, select the Groups app or go to https://groups.google.com/my-groups.

How do I know what Groups I have access to?

In the Groups app, click on My Groups to see the Google Groups you have access or go to https://groups.google.com/my-groups.

I'm getting too many emails.  How do I change the number of emails I receive from a Group?

In the Groups app, select My Groups which will display all Groups you belong to. You can set your email preference for each group by selecting the drop down list under the subscription column.

How do I add, remove, and view members in a Google Group?  

In the Groups app, select My Groups and click on the group name. You will then be navigated to the Group Settings. Then you may add and remove members, update roles, subscriptions, and posting allowed under the People>Members Menu  Learn More.

I need a Google Group.  Can I create one?

You may create a new Google Group email distribution list by completing this Service Now Request.

There is no license fee.

Is there a limit of how many Google Groups can be set up?

There is no limit to how many can be setup.
